About
Our School
St. Xavier's +2 Academy, Dhobahan Bazar, Ara, Bhojpur (Bihar) 802156, is a co-educational English-medium school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
History
The school was established in 2011 and is managed by the Takshashila Educational Trust. It teaches from Nursery through Class 12. On 1 January 2025 the Board granted fresh affiliation up to senior secondary level, application SS-00771-2526, for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030. Admission to Classes IX and XI can be taken from 1 April 2025. The first Class X and Class XII board examinations are scheduled for April 2027.
Academic structure
The school describes its curriculum as running from Nursery to Class 12, with attention to both academic work and character. The affiliation letter limits sections from Class I to XII to 12, unless the Board approves more, and directs the school to run Bal Vatika I, II and III.
Campus
The school's own pages describe the campus as equipped for the classes it runs. Measured figures — campus area, classrooms, laboratories and toilets — are published on the mandatory disclosure, and the certificates sit beside them.
Activities
Students take part in science exhibitions, cultural programmes, sports day, quizzes, music, dance, art, archery and shooting. Photographs from the campus, events and the annual function are in the gallery.
